• Official Donation Amount: To get the nation ready and prepared for 2028 we are asking that you donate $20.28 and of course more is always welcome.

• Donation Purpose: We believe that every contribution, no matter the size, has value. Your donation demonstrates your support for our mission and helps to spread awareness of our cause.

• Donation Guidelines: We encourage you to donate funds that you would not otherwise miss.

• Exception: We welcome larger donations and support from other non-profit non-partisan groups who share our vision. 

Use of Funds

• Outreach and Mobilization: Funding initiatives to recruit and engage volunteers, including public awareness campaigns and community outreach programs.

• Travel Expenses: Supporting travel costs associated with volunteer activities, such as transportation to events and meetings.

• Staff and Volunteer Support: Providing meals and refreshments for staff and volunteers during events and activities.

• Marketing and Communications: Funding marketing materials, website maintenance, and other communication efforts to promote the organization's mission.

• Operational Expenses: Covering essential office expenses, such as rent, utilities, and administrative costs.

• Volunteer Reimbursement: Providing modest per diem allowances to volunteers to assist with minor expenses related to their volunteer activities, such as transportation and communication costs.

• Legal Expenses: Covering legal fees associated with maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to tax filings, contract reviews, and legal consultations.

Donation Method: We encourage donors to use debit or credit cards that are in their own name.

Unauthorized Charges: If you believe a donation was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue with your financial institution.

No Refunds: Due to the small dollar amount of donations, we are unable to offer refunds for authorized transactions.

Record Keeping: We maintain accurate records of all donations received, including donor names (if provided), donation amounts, and dates of receipt. These records will be securely stored for as long as the foundation is in operation.

Donor Access: Donors may request a copy of their donation history by submitting a written request via email. We will respond to all requests within 20 business days.
